Particular attention paid to good access, goal oriented approach, proper illumination, sequence of handlings, haemostasis, asepsis, and optimal perioperative care with hypnosis, analgesia, muscle relaxation and parasympathic inhibition (the foursome of anesthesia), maintanance of fluid balance and body temperature.
